What is performance liability insurance?

This is an insurance policy that covers claims arising from liability due to damage or injury (caused by your negligence or acts of omission) while you perform at a musical venue with which you have contracted to perform.

We offer limits of $1,000,000 for each occurrence with a general aggregate limit of $2,000,000, including, but not limited to, $5,000 in medical payments for any one person in any policy year for the following covered events hazard class:
